In addition to their thoughts on the stories included in the book, the conversation also turned to the topic of "Which of Doraemon characters would you like to be friends with?" Fujimoto said, "Dekisugi might feel pressured. Is this really okay for me?" Yokozawa replied, "For me, it would be Suneo. He's full of humanity, like always trying to please everyone. He's just a nasty guy because that gets exposed, but he's sociable and good at getting along with people, so I'm sure he'll be a big shot when he grows up." Fujimoto also recommended Big G, saying, "Big G. He's clumsy and mean, but in the end he's straightforward and has the same passion as in the movie." You can read about the friendship between the two and their perspectives as parents in this wonderful conversation that is full of interesting reading.
A special edition with a special pin badge set will also be released at the same time. The set of two badges, the "Fighting Badge" and the "Friendship Badge," features a heartwarming design that shows the friendship between Doraemon and Nobita.
