Stories that fascinated me as a child, Osamu Tezuka's manga that touched me, Disney animated films, handmade lanterns, westerns and science fiction films, 8mm cameras, classical music, rakugo, model trains, UFOs and unidentified creatures, history and ruins, and dinosaurs.... ....
Mr. F's "likes" are too numerous to enumerate.
This exhibition, entitled "The Manga World of Fujiko F. Fujio Born of Likes," introduces original works by Mr. Fujiko that depict his "likes" in a particularly strong way. Please pay attention to the various motifs depicted in the manga and feel the "likes" of the artist.
*The character for "塚" in Osamu Tezuka's name is correctly written in the old script (the character for "塚" is "塚" in Japanese).
